We will never ask for your password or full SSN by email, SMS, or social media.
How B9 communicates with you
You may receive emails from us about security, updates, or promotions. These emails will only come from @bnine.com addresses and will include our official B9 header and footer with disclosures.
We do not contact users from personal email accounts or messaging apps.
Always double-check the sender address before interacting with any message.
Use a strong and unique password
Choose a password that is at least 12 characters and includes letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid personal details like names, birthdays, or common phrases.
Do not reuse the same password for B9 and other apps or services.

Scammers may try to use our brand or logo to impersonate us online.

We will never initiate private messages asking for login codes, personal data, or payment information through social media.
If you see an impersonator, report it in that social media app.
