If you need an account statement for your B9 account, you can easily request one within the app. Here's how:
Navigate to the History tab → Click on the document icon located in the top right corner of the screen → Select the period for which you want to receive the statement → Click on the checkbox to confirm that you agree to receive the statement → Click on the "Continue". Your statement will be sent to your designated email address shortly.
It's important to make sure that your email address is correct, or enter another email where you want to receive the statement.
If you haven't received your statement via email, there may be a few possible reasons:
- You provided a Yahoo email: One reason could be if you provided a Yahoo email address, as it is known to have delivery issues. If this is the case, we suggest using a non-Yahoo email address.
- You have unsubscribed from B9 emails: Another reason could be that you have unsubscribed from B9 emails, which can prevent us from sending your statement. In this case please feel free to contact our support team for assistance. We're always here to help you with any issues you may encounter.
