What are my account limits?

Your B9 account has specific limits depending on the transaction type and how long your account has been active. You can make unlimited transactions daily, as long as you stay within the applicable limits. Limits may change, and you’ll be notified by email if they do.

👉 To view your current card limits:

  1. Go to the Cards tab in the B9 app.
  2. Select your card.
  3. Tap Card Limits to view Spending Limits or ATM Withdrawal Limits.

ATM Withdrawal Limits (Includes Fees)

Accounts less than 6 months old (since first deposit):

  • $210 or 6 ATM withdrawals per day
  • $420 per week
  • $1,550 or 30 ATM withdrawals per month

Accounts more than 6 months old (since first deposit):

  • $500 per transaction
  • $1,000 or 6 ATM withdrawals per day
  • $5,000 per week
  • $10,000 or 30 ATM withdrawals per month

Add Money from Another Card (to B9 Account)

New clients (first 5 days):

  • $50 or 2 transactions per week

Existing clients (over 90 days):

  • $1,000 or 4 transactions per day
  • $3,000 or 10 transactions per week
  • $4,000 or 12 transactions per month

Send Money to Another Card (from B9 Card)

New clients (first 5 days):

  • $50 or 2 transactions per week

Existing clients (over 90 days):

  • $1,000 or 4 transactions per day
  • $3,000 or 10 transactions per week
  • $3,000 or 12 transactions per month

Limits per transfer:

  • Minimum: $1
  • Maximum: $500

ACH Transfers

1. Outgoing ACH (from B9 to another bank via B9 App):

  • New accounts (<30 days): $2,000 daily / $7,500 monthly
  • Existing accounts (≥30 days): $5,000 daily / $15,000 monthly

2. Incoming ACH (to B9 from linked U.S. bank via B9 App):

  • New accounts: $1,000 or 5 transfers per month
  • Existing accounts: $5,000 or 5 transfers per month

3. ACH pulls by merchants using your account/routing numbers:

  • No daily or monthly limits

Wire Transfers

Outgoing Wire Transfers (only for fully verified clients):

  • Daily limit: $40,000
  • Monthly limit: $100,000

Incoming Wire Transfers:

  • No limits

Card Transactions

Total Debit Card Transactions (including cashback):

  • $2,500 per day
  • $10,000 per month

POS (Point of Sale) Transactions

  • Physical card: $2,500 per day

Virtual Card Transactions

  • Virtual card: $1,500 per day
  • Virtual card limits are separate from POS limits
