Transferring money from your B9 account is quick and easy with our app. Whether you need to send money to a friend or family member or move funds between your own accounts, B9 has you covered. Here are your transfer options:
- External Card Transfer: Send money to an external US debit card within minutes using our "Send Money" feature in the Wallet tab. See our guide on how to add an external card to your B9 Wallet for more information.
- Internal Transfer: Transfer money instantly between existing B9 users.
ACH Transfer: You can send funds from your B9 account using your account and routing number. Initiate this from the B9 app or through external platforms that support ACH transfers. ACH transfers are absolutely fee-free.
Connect your B9 card to a different bank or digital wallet: Add your B9 card to other bank or digital wallets and transfer funds in and out.
Withdraw funds at ATM: If you have physical card, you can withdraw funds at ATM. Additionally, customers who subscribe to our Premium plan will receive two free B9 ATM fee withdrawals each month.
In some cases, your transfer may fail due to certain limitations or restrictions. These are the possible reasons why the transfer was failed:
- Receiving card doesn't have the "PUSH" feature enabled, the transfer may not go through.
- If you exceed your transaction limits, the transfer may be declined.
