Losing your debit card can be stressful, but taking the right steps quickly can help protect your money. If you've lost your B9 card, follow these steps:
1. Lock Your Card Immediately
The first thing you should do is block transactions to prevent anyone from using it. Lock your card right away in the B9 app. This blocks all new transactions and keeps your funds secure.
2. Order a Replacement Card
Once your card is locked, you can order a new one directly in the B9 app. Before confirming, make sure your delivery address is up to date.
3. Access Funds While You Wait
While your new card is on the way, you can still use your virtual card or use your funds with ACH transfers or wire.
When your new card arrives (5-10 business days), don’t forget to update your card details with any merchants, subscriptions, or auto-payment services to avoid interruptions.
