Not seeing an advance offer?
If you received your payroll deposit but haven't received an advance offer, there could be a few reasons why:
- Deposit Recognition: The deposit may not have been recognized as a payroll deposit, or there could have been a system error preventing the advance from being offered. In this case, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@bnine.com for assistance.
- Eligibility: The deposit may not currently be eligible for the advance service. To increase your eligibility, consider adding additional sources of income, such as Doordash, Uber, Lyft, or other gig work.
- Location: If you are in Nevada, please note that B9 Advance is not available due to local regulations. We offer other services in Nevada, such as the B9 account through Evolve Bank & Trust, fund transfers, and cashback on certain debit card purchases.
