Step 1: Download the B9 App and Set Up Your Account
The first step to accessing B9 Advance is to download the B9 App and set up your B9 Account. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play. Once you've downloaded the app, follow the instructions to set up your account and and obtain your B9 Visa Debit Card or virtual card.
Step 2: Set Up Your Payroll Direct Deposit
To become eligible for B9 Advance, you need to set up your payroll direct deposit instantly in B9 or via paper form with your employer to automatically enroll into B9 Basic plan.
Step 3: Deposit of $300 or More
Ensure that you receive a deposit of $300 or more within 14 days. This deposit can be from your payroll or other benefits.
Step 4: Get Notified About B9 Advance Availability
Once your funds are received, you’ll be notified about the availability of B9 Advance through the B9 App, SMS, and/or email.
Eligible users can receive an advance ranging from $30 to $500* per pay period, subject to conditions. This advance can be used for any purpose, such as covering unexpected expenses or making a major purchase.

Your B9 Advance will be automatically deducted from your next deposit to your B9 Account, eliminating the need for separate repayment.
