When do I get billed for B9 subscription?
The B9 membership fee is charged monthly, on the same date you signed up or upgraded to the Premium plan. For example, if you signed up on October 7, the next fee will be charged on November 7.
The fee is automatically deducted from your balance, and the billing date cannot be changed. If there are insufficient funds, the fee will remain pending and will be charged once funds are available. This fee will continue until you change your membership or close your account.
How do I cancel or change my B9 subscription?
B9 is a subscription-based service, and the monthly fee will continue as long as your account is active. If your balance is $0, the fee won't be charged until funds are available.
To change your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade), go to the Tariffs section in the app menu and select the desired plan.
