This is the recommended way to contact us as it allows us to better assist you. To access in-app support, simply open the B9 app, go to the Support tab, and tap on "Report an issue". Choose the most suitable contact reason and then describe your issue or question and one of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within an hour during business hours). Please make sure to enter as much information as possible so that the agent will have all the information when they get to your ticket.
If you prefer to contact us via email, you can reach us at email@example.com. Our agents monitor this inbox closely and will typically respond within an hour during business hours.
