If you're a new client who just set up a B9 account, you can try setting up direct deposit via the B9 app. In some cases, B9 will have a limited $30 advance available for you immediately.
In other cases, you will be offered an advance after you receive your payroll deposit. B9 will offer you an advance within one hour of receiving your first payroll deposit. You will receive a banner notification on your phone letting you know that an advance is available. You can also view available advance offers in the Wallet Tab of the app.
If you received your payroll deposit but haven't received an advance offer, there could be a few reasons why.
- The deposit may not have been recognized as a payroll deposit, or there could have been a system error that prevented the advance from being offered. If this is the case, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at email@example.com for assistance.
- The deposit may not be eligible for the advance service at this time. If this is the case, consider adding additional sources of income such as Doordash, Uber, Lyft, and more to increase your eligibility for the advance service.
